As long as I can remember I have had a passion for working with students and been inspired to go into education. Being able to watch all of my students grow in both their faith and academic goals and witnessing the little lightbulb moments of what they have been learning come full circle is one of my favorite parts of teaching. This is my second year as a teacher at Blessed Sacrament, prior to teaching at Blessed Sacrament I student taught in Eau Claire and Cochrane - Fountain City.

I grew up just across the river in Winona, Minnesota where I started volunteering with kids and felt my calling to be a teacher. Guided by my mentors and my grandma who was an elementary school librarian and inspired me to be a teacher after numerous after-school library activities. If I am not at school, I am spending time with my family, going on an outdoor adventure, or reading a good book.
