
SUMMER CAMP

GENERAL INFORMATION
Times: Student care will be provided June 9th, 2025 to July 25th, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Camp will be closed Friday, July 4th, 2025.
Groups: Students will be divided and grouped by age/grade level to best meet the needs and interests of all children. All students must be enrolled in Aquinas Schools grades 4K to 6th for the 2025-2026 school year.
Staff: The program will be led by directors, Mrs. Tammy Houlihan and Mr. Bryant Meyer. Additional staff members will include ACS employees and other qualified individuals.
Field Trips: Students will participate in age-appropriate field trips and workshops. An activity fee is charged for the summer which helps subsidize the costs of field trips and activity supplies.
Swimming Days: If possible, students will attend area pools two to three times per week.
2025 ACS Summer Camp: During the summer we will be offering full time, full summer care only. You are committing to all seven weeks of summer. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund for a week you are not able to attend. ACS Summer Camp will be held at Blessed Sacrament School. All drop off and pick-up will be at door number five (#5) in the parking lot. Additional questions can be directed to ACSSummerCamp@AquinasSchools.org.
ENROLLMENT & FEES
Enrollment: We will begin accepting ACS Summer Camp registration via the links on the right of this page on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, between 9:00am and 9:15am. The non-refundable activity fee payment, per camper, must be paid via ProCare after your child has been accepted into the camp. In order to keep the quality of our camp and to ensure the safety of our campers, ACS Summer Camp can only accept a certain number of campers into each age group. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Once a grade level is full, interested families will be asked to go to our website and fill out a waitlist application. Applicants will be notified by Friday, April 4th of their acceptance.

Snacks/Lunch: A snack will be provided in the mid-morning and in the afternoon. The cost of snacks is included in the weekly program fee. Students should eat breakfast at home before arriving at ACS Summer Camp as there will be no breakfast served at school. All students must provide their own lunch and drink for lunchtime.
Activity Fee: A one-time activity fee of $115.00 per child will be collected to help subsidize the costs of field trips and supplies. You will be asked to pay this fee electronically via ProCare if your child has been accepted into the camp.
Weekly Fees: Weekly payments must be made electronically via ProCare. Failure to submit weekly payment as required and/or any outstanding balances due in ProCare may result in the loss of your child’s camp spot. Please note only full-time, full-summer care is offered in 2025.
Full-time: $220.00/week or a summer total of $1,540.00

Please know, failure to sign up for the correct grade level will result in a denied application. Once a grade level has been filled the application will no longer be available.
